A Jealous Tongue, Nita Tyndall‘s adult sapphic debut, is a psychological thriller about obsession, manipulation, and the unraveling of reality. When a young translator accepts a prestigious residency in Austria, she becomes entangled in a dangerous relationship with two charismatic women. As her memory begins to fail and strange occurrences haunt the manor, she struggles to determine whether her mind is betraying her or someone wants her gone.

Tyndall is an award-winning author of queer fiction, including Who I Was with Her, Nothing Sung and Nothing Spoken, and Have You Seen This Girl? They are also a translator and former Fulbright Teaching Fellow in Austria. Union Square & Co. will publish A Jealous Tongue on February 9, 2027.

Ferris is a writer and writing teacher based in West Virginia. She holds an MFA from Queens University of Charlotte and has taught at the Studio School at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and Richmond Young Writers.
